i only want the PR staff or the R DEV team to answere these questions ok.

last night on X-fire i asked a bunch of questions that never got answered so im goin to ask on the forums now
question #1 will the osprey helicoper , plane ever come into the Pr spotlight as well as the british lynx or the f-35 raptor

y not allow the russian tank in the MEC forces to have weak *** armor like in the real world and allow the abrams to dominate but the russian tank could repair alot faster than the american abrams and the MEC wuld have twice as many tanks as the USMC but the abrans could killem in like 2 hits so they would have like more tank squad action and team work.


question #2 wen do you think PR will lose popularity and wat will you do to stop that from happening.


question #3 will PR ever become so big itl be moved to the market and if so wat r your predictions on the sucsess itl bring in. for black sand studios and you all behind the development team.


---suggestion--- i was reading some posts and it too dawned on me that the USMC maps out there are mostly **** id say best one is kashan or kashar at ever maby allow strike at karkand but bring back the beta version the big one and allow chopers and planes on it you would have a kick *** USMC vs MECV map right there and maby make a map that is all woodland with thick dense woods. now id like these answered plz i was askin the same questions for more than a half hour and no answeres. now ive beem woth PR since the begining and have never lost hopes in it but i think we the gamers need more USMC maps like more.

im not 100% sure of what you wrote there but i think you were saying that you want to bring the spamfest from vbf2 back?(strike at karkand).

and that you want a dense forrest battle between MEC and USMC? im just wondering where this would take place i mean i dotn think there are many forrests in the desert.

From what I understand, the team is looking for a balance between realism and balance of teams, to an extent. Sure one tank might be a bit more powerful, but theres also "some" consideration of balance of actual gameplay. Thats not to say each team is equal, because they arent, but there arent really any HUGE differences between them. Save for insurgents, I guess. but thats for a pretty obvious reason...

Well, Id imagine the core DEVs and their closest buddies will stay on for a LONG time. Playing on their own server without any fear of smacktards. It will be only the most dedicated players on the server, maybe barely 64 players.
Whats there to do to stop a game from getting old? it happens to every game.
My take is the DEVs will keep releasing as they have, with the most pertinent additions. If it becomes unpopular, theyll either move on to a new updated game with more possibilities, or just keep playing this. Theres still tons of guys who play Flashpoint, etc.

Not as long as its on the BF2 engine, or unless EA wants to make it into a pack. Which is unbelievably doubtful.
Basically, prolly not gonna happen. And ho can you gauge the response? Sure, itd prolly be bought by everyone who already knows of PR, AND you'd get a ton of tards buying it because its a leet realistic war simulation.

No kashan. Theres no place for vBF2 maps in PR. Why stick to old maps when you can make your end you believe to be much better? Why not showcase your own work instead of clinging to something youre trying to move beyond...?

We need mroe USMC maps? I think there are plenty. besides, theyre an older army in terms of BF2, let the new ones get some play time Things will even out eventually. not that they arent even enough as it is...

Hope this kinda helped get you some answers. I dont know all, or really, any of the answers, but thats what I gather from being on the forums so frequently.

Osprey - No plans. Huey is very probable for the main USMC transport chopper.

Lynx - No plans.

F-35 - No.

Jabal - My personal favourite since it was introduced
Qwai - Great
EJOD - Great
Daqing - Good
Zatar - Not so good
Hamygong - Worst imo, I call it "Hills of Spamgyong"

i really would like to see where you gained information on the armour on tanks?

Does this mean the blackhawks will disappear? Or will some remain ingame?

The Marines are actually the only US force that still uses the aging Huey.

I see Blackhawks more often than I see Hueys at the MCAS. I'd imagine the DEVs would still keep the Blackhawk for the future faction, US Army, but the Huey will replace the Blackhawk/Seahawk for the Marines (not entirely realistic, but it's okay).

thank you for answereing but the huey is getting better and better every time the blackhawk gets an upgrade... source= military.com or chANNRL 555 on satilite and the source for the armor i did a project in auto and the t-39 armor is **** a single abrams hit took it out and man the osprey would be a sweet deal in PR but il waitr hopfully itl com out inj v 1.0 not v0.1 but v 1.0 and im restoring a sherman firfly in auto BOOYA

T-39? No such tank. If you mean the T-34, the reason the armour is **** on it is because it produced from 1941 to 1958.

In-game we have the T-62 and T-90, both of which are considerably more modern

And as Jaymz already said, it's a bit of a ridiculous idea. That's not balancing, that's raping one team.

The T-90 is fitted with a mixture of conventional steel armour plating, composite armour and explosive reactive armor (ERA). The glacis and the centered low profile turret of the T-90 are covered by the third generation Kontakt-5 ERA and these ERA blocks give the turret its distinctive angled "clam shell" appearance.
