Where, in Kashar Desert, is a place to request a kit like a sniper?

< 50m from your main base flag, or at any bunker or firebase.

You must be in a squad, then once spawned press and hold T, select request kit then select sniper. It will be placed at your feet (if the kit is available). Press G to pick it up.

Kashar desert? Is that a new map?

Yea you know the one thats 2000km by 2000km. It will be in a future release probably 4.1. Im just guessing though to take my word for it.
