Am I ranked on PR servers or no?

No, but what does it matter?

There are no ranks in any BF2 mod, except in servers using ABR, but it doesn't really count for anything, so it doesn't matter. I don't play for ranks anyway, I just play for fun and teamwork, same as most of the community.
