hey i noticed on bf2 you cant use the passenger seat on the humvee think you can make that seat sitable?

you probably could, just altar some things in the model, wouldn't be too hard I guess.

Dont have to alter the model assuming its just a seat. To be honest I havent even looked at the passanger position in the humvee, lol!

allied intent did it before

you could probs squeeze 7 in a humvee if you sit them like they do in a land rover, erm lets see if i can make a diagram.

we though about this before in an old and now dusty thread and my idea was to use the curant model but have the inside seats usable

Dev's: Could we hav it so you can raise/lower the windows in a HMMWV using the up and down Keys as this would be handy??

Or how about having the Dev's put air conditioning in the HMMWV ? wont need to open the windows anymore.

the point was to add protection if you are in the seat i would like to be shooting a gun out the window but be able to raise it for protection. :d uh: :d uh:

I don't think glass will prevent you from being shot with heavy weaponry

Sure it will protect you but only for a couple of shots. After a few hits it wouldnt do too much for you I wouldnt think.

those "couple of shots" could be all you need to escape an attack

Right but can that be coded? I don't like the idea of shooting at a vehcile and having someone roll up their window thus making them safe from my rounds... Not very realistic after putting 4-5 rounds into the window. I would rather see this move towards bullets going through the windows (something that doesn't happen now with most weapons) than talk about having invincible windows.

well...

couldnt we just give all the weapons the propertie of shooting through windows the M95 has? but just at a lower strengh, so only small vehicles windows could be shot, but not the larger vehicles

You could do that but I meant coding as in a reinforced window taking 4-5 rounds and then calling it a day (as is more realistic than juts a super window that stops everything).

I would love to see all the seats be utilized on all the vehicles. Need to atleast be able to fit 6 (1 squad) in a hmmwv.

As for windows, leave them down so you can shoot out. Having them go up and down is alittle much. If you fear being shot threw the window, get out of the vehicle.

They took out the passenger seat so it could be reupholstered.

Umm. If I were in a vehicle that would be shot at, I would bash out the big sheet of shrapnel before-hand.
