um, injuries anyone???

So if you were shot in, say your leg, wouldn't you lose mobility of that leg until you are healed.
also if you were shot bad, shouldn't you be forced into the "prone" position so you would have to crawl instead of run to a safe spot to heal yourself like jebus?
just a thought.

People talk about tis alot....and there have been at least 3 threads about auto proning when shot this week. I'd like to see shot in leg = unable to move fast. But the current bleed system simulates this to an extent and it doesnt look like this will be put in.

yes but i was thinking that when you are shot in the leg you limp (also, if you were shot in your right arm [the arm you shoot with] you would lose the ability to use that arm and you would have to shoot left handed, making you much less accurate.)

I believe this is hardcoded... I recall from somewhere that BF2 does not recognize positions of damages except for the head. (Like the body is one entity, the head another, and only those two are registered as targets)

You cannot make it so that when a certain place gets hit, something happens. This gets suggested all the time.
