Okay. I know that there is alot of talk about giving the Black Hawk the boot for the Super Stallion and other, more Marine based Helo's, even I don't like there current helo. I saw pictures for Battlefield 2 from when the game was new, or at least in beta I would think, that showed the Blackhawk with Rocket Pods on either side.

I was doing some searching and I saw the info on this SH-70 Black Hawk.

Any way of maybe toying with a new Black Hawk and making it a weapons platform like this?

The Blackhawk will not be completely removed from the game, as the USMC will not be the only representation of US forces in game.
S-70 is the manufacturer's (Sikorsky) commercial name / model number for the Blackhawk; its US military designation is H-60. The UH-60L, when fitted with the External Stores Support System (ESSS) "stub wings" is capable of carrying rocket pods and other weapons. However, it is normally only used in the gunship capacity (in US service) by US Army 160th SOAR; they refer to this version as the UH-60L Direct Action Penetrator (DAP) or the AH-60L, and it is equipped with a nose-mounted FLIR and laser designator making it capable of launching Hellfire missiles.
As for a such a Blackhawk being in-game, not sure. There will be other attack helicopters in the game already.

Asking me, the miniguns and 50 caliber need to be removed for mounted heavy machine guns, ala the M240B or PMK. The Minigun is just overpowered. I'd almost like to see transport helicopters unarmed and their sole purpose to be moving men, to be quite honest. Rocket pods in place of miniguns will at least put all the weapons on one man and free the rest to worry about bailing out.

ahh but the miniguns don't have the crosshairs or the ability to "zoom" crosshair either. So you gotta watch the tracers. Or your impacts. I haven't shot that thing in PRMM on a LONG time.

That would be the gunship though, not the transport. And if they were added to the transport you can all guess that someone would get the idea to take the chopper and use it only for the rockets, neglecting the transport half of the job.
The miniguns are actually on the BlackHawk, so they should stay, not everything can be perfectly balanced.

I think the name given to this version is the DAP (Direct Air Penatrator).
