Fast Attack Vehicles and/or Quadbikes, Motorbikes Every Map

Whenever I opt for the Sniper-Team/Recce/SpecOps role in a PR game, I almost always find myself in either a clunky vehicle(e.g. truck, APC), filled with a main assaulting squad or on foot with the objective area many meters away. I find this a nuisance because arrival at the forward observation area is usually delayed by the sluggishness of walking/ running, the possibility of not being able to set a Rally Point (in the case of 2-man sniper teams) combined with the risk of being killed en route, and the increased probability of being spotted, tracked, and/or killed by the high-profile nature of the loud and lumbering vehicles (truck, APC, etc.) that I ride in.
The Recce/ SpecOps role is meant to be ahead of the main assaulting force, moving swiftly and covertly by means of a low-profile (small squad size, 2-4 men) and probably a small and agile vehicle. On most of the current large-scale maps, namely Al Kufrah, Kashan Desert, Battle of Qinling, Zatar Wetlands, Qwai River, and Jabal Al Burj, such type of vehicle is either non-existent or found only once (e.g. the single motorbike belonging to UK on Qinling). The current Quadbike, Motorbike, DPV, and FAV are perfect candidates to serve this purpose, but are simply not found in enough quantities on every map that could use the SpecOps/ Recce role.
I suggest that at the very least a pair of quadbikes and/or motorbikes + a pair of FAVs(buggies, e.g. DPVs) are made available to both factions on every large to medium-scale map to allow for the small Recce/ SpecOps squads to move quickly and covertly to their intended forward observation areas. This way, intel on OpFor activity will be available to the friendly faction much sooner as it should be and the SpecOps/ Recce squads will be able to move much faster from place to place(where-ever they are needed at a moments notice). With such vehicles at the disposal of the Recce/ SpecOps role, the success of evading enemies and consequently the chances of survival of such roles would be expectedly increased.
