That bunker is weird but that other stuff... wow how did that happen. I´ve never seen anything like that in PR before.
When your graphics card overheats I think it does not show you textures at the wrong place.
I had my graphic card overheat really bad one time because the fan failed. The graphics card had a temperature of over 100° Celsius.
First there were a few green spots which increased fast and when the whole screen was green the PC turned off.
But there was no change in the textures. So I think it can´t be overheating.

ThaT is freakin weird ! Razorwire texture/random textures on the ground wth?

I dunno about any possible causes...

texture glitch is from the graphics card being overworked (does not have to overheat). Using it for too long I find makes it start to do that. Just turn some of your graphics settings down a notch and it shouldn't happen again.

I planted a sandwall today and it sink in the groun too, could only see the top, it was pretty weird you could only prone behind it to cover when it was constructed
