Accuracy bug

it would seem that the hand held weapons have an accuracy bug...

i found a door with studs on it. used a stud as an aim point and stood 10 paces away, took aim and fire five rounds from prone crouch and standing.

out of 15, 2 hit the stud, i repeated this walking back 10 paces at a time, on average 3 out of 15 fired hit the stud.

looking at the bullet splay at about 50 yards it is easy to see why.
having fired many types of bolt and auto fire weapons for real, it would seem that the game is a tad unrealistic on its trajectory paths.

ALSO.......
all this jumping to prone and 1 shot killing is well off. try it urselves, hire a kit with an imitation sa80 for eg and do the move. i can tell you that it is damnd near impossible to get a perfect head shot after hitting the ground. this along with being able to withstand a full clip at close range to the head really kills the mod.

other than that..... good work .

Welcome to the forums,

Please use the search function because this has been discussed to death. When you aim there is a settle time of about 2-3 seconds before you will be fully accurate. This is to simulate breath/trigger control.

The system has gone through some changes in the patch to improve it. Also, the DM/Sniper rifles are currently fubar but have been completely fixed for the patch.

Also, your last paragraph is just about lag and hit detection problems.

Headshot = Kill (no matter what weapon)

You know that you have to wait a second or two before every shot to avoid the deviation?

Edit:
To late. :)
