It's way to short as it is, and hard to take off on. I think you should lengthen it, beucase it is difficult to just clear the trees and not hit them. Its just a small edit, so dont say stuff like:
Oh its easy, ur doing it wrong.
I've done it multiple times, always almost hitting the trees.
Dont say its a waste of time, it should take them 10 minutes in the editor.
P.S.
Fix the map loading screens! They really throw people off!

i crashed 38 out of 40 times (2 successful by luck

) trying to land an f16 on kashan, took EF and made 2 out of 2 successful landings on quinling - never had starting probs
anyways, u need to use the afterburner as well, as soon as the jet starts moving hit that button and make sure it's burning (listen for the sound)
watch the official flight practice vid, that got prereleased:
YouTube - Project Reality Flight Training
edit: maybe u should also increase the YAW-factor

true, it wouldn't be if u'd "quickly" do it

ur throwing me off with this suggestion - how fix it, what is wrong with it?

It would take WAY longer than 10 minutes to change. He would have to redo the lightmaps just because of that small little change. It would take many hours of waiting for that to finish.

Trees are being changed I believe. Otherwise, you should have no trouble stopping assuming you know how to do it correctly. You should hit the ground at around 600 indicated airspeed, then I believe you allow the plane to roll until you hit 200 and you can use the taxi engine from there. But there are people who actually know how to do this correctly who I'm sure will arrive here soon.

well cas made the jets and i helped him test, i never had a issue with landing, just come in at a slower speed, i come in at about 700 on kashan, then about 50m before the runway press s, you will start to slow down fast but you should be over the run way, now you should be on the runway going about 500, try to press the backward arrow key, if you lift take off then you pressed to early, you should press and your plane should try to take off but not have enough speed and you should stop very very fast.

I've never crashed a jet on the runway just make sure you are at the very begin and then press W and hold Shift for afterburners. (yeah i use M&K)

it will turn the engines off so you will slow down faster.
