Another Civie punish idea

1st offense of killing civie:

1) Brit Immobolized in place for 15 seconds (maybe while sound effect of sergeant going off on them is played)
2) +60 seconds respawn

2nd offense of killing a civie:

1) Brit drops dead in place (to symbolize being taken off the front lines and back to HQ)
2) +120 sec respawn time

This would reset with each new life. So they would go back to first offense when killed etc.

One caveat, is it possible to mod it so that civies that are in a certain proximity to (i.e. collaborating with, assisting, running with) terrorists would be open targets and fair game???

I did not played any Insurgent map in v0.7 yet. But I like your ideas.
I like 2nd ideas!But people would cry about this..... It's a good ideas but I'm not sure if the gamer want that much realism in PR.

2nd offence would be better something like
1) drop dead after Brit killed 2 or 3 civie during his "life"
2) 30 or 45sec each civie kille
