have a zoom function for heavy AT launchers

its a simple request that would be realistic because Im fairly certain that AT rocket launchers DO zoom in, and the mere fact that these missiles can IRL take out a tank a mile away attests to the need for a zoom function

No, and this has been suggested and implemented before. They were removed two versions ago since none of the weapons represented in game have variable power optics.
