Since Special Ops is the only kit that get a parachute, My suggestion is that once the jet passes a certain speed, when you hit "e", you will eject UP from the cockpit.(Not fall down to certain death). Also the ejection seat would have a chute to float you to earth. I think think it would be cool when you shooting someone down and you see them eject.

I am new but i think that would be bloody cool.

I know we were talking about this in another thread not too long ago. The general issue is the limitation of the BF2 engine with regard to spawing into a 'vehicle' (which is what an ejection seat might have to be)...

Whomever figures out how to do it will be a hero though.

I remember reading that EA/DICE had tried it and it just caused more trouble than it would have solved.

wait..... they have ejection seats?, i have their mod, is this something coming in the next release or what?

I had there mod i didnet like it i deleted it.

I did bring this up in a few months ago

not the seats but vehicle spawning so we are one stage closer.

what do u mean excatly?

we can spawn into vehicles so that means we are closer to achieveing ejection
