It wasn't on the suggestion list, but maybe let the commander make artillery asssets that you can shoot by 30 by 70 degrees or something. and takes 1 min to reload or something.

Mortars coming soon, i think that will be enough, doubt the dev's will include artillery - and afaik it has been suggested already.
