U.S. Heavy Sniper Kit

I know of countless USMC snipers in Afghan. and Iraq who are using M82A1's.And they're not special forces or nothing,they're just regular snipers.I'm wondering if it'd be possible to add in a "Heavy Sniper Kit" with a long re-request time.It's only available at the Firebases,Main CP,and Bunkers.Only 1-2 of them would be available,and it would be using the M82A1.ALSO,This kit would ONLY be available on USMC Insurgency maps.Like Fallujah West,and current Op:Archer with USMC...

Has been suggested (in more or less similar forms) before, and I believe the answer to anything regarding the .50 cal rifles is no.
