6 Seats in British land rovers

Why are there only 3 seats in the brit land rovers? there should be 6 so you can get your whole squad somewhere quite discreetly rather than 2 land rovers if you can find 2. IMO this would make the land rovers a much more valuable asset, especially on Al Basrah, as it would make more jeeps readily available. Anyhoo sorry if this has been posted before, couldnt find it in the seach

Well the land rovers in PR have the WMIK setup (.50cal) so I guess it can fit only 3 people. The landy without the .50cal could fit 6?
They could add that model though.

Exactly, the Jeep model (WMIK) is a fire support vehicle, not a troop transport like the Hummer.
Most of our direct conflict transportation is done in the warrior and Saxon. Whilst normal landies are used sparingly.

hm whats about to fill a bit **** in the back of the rover like some bags or a helmet a bit more detail ****. i think its quite beautifull but a bit to beautifull for war.
like in this picture with the vehicle camouflage.
it gives more war feeling.

Off-topic a bit?
Anyway, I doubt it's even possible to fit any other slot inside the Landie. Or at least as long as you won't mind the gunner hopping on your head

I say we bring back the Saxon. The UK could use a medium transport.

AFAIK, Saxons have largely been withdrawn from frontline service. About the only units still using them are Territorial Army guys. (Occasionally see them from one of local units driving down the local high street lol). Mate of mine who left the TA a few years ago said that when he was deployed they converted to Warriors and Landrovers from their Saxons.

Bit disappointed with the seat numbers in a lot of the vehicles really, I know some of the LR's the Navy use can take up to 11 or so people without equipment, maybe 9 or so with equipment.

That didn't have six seats either if I recall correctly.

I know it got taken out of service, but still :/
Wasn't there something replacing it, instead of the warrior?

Well then, get the Saxon back in action!

Nope, the warrior is what replaced it, it also replaced the FV430 series.
The problem is, to have more warriors in action, specifically on insurgency maps would unbalance the game, perhaps brits should just get more trucks instead.

The FV430 Mk.III "Bulldog" APC
Looky here, With its high capacity and armament of only a single 7.62 GPMG might be a viable option for the British medium transport, especially if the other factions are to get things like up armoured humvees with CROWS, properly implimented vodicks, etc..

The Warrior replaced the FV430 series in the armoured infantry battalions, but the FV432 has come back to the mechanised infantry battalions to replace the Saxon. It has been upgraded to the Mk 3 "Bulldog" configuration, as Bob has said, and Enforcer remote weapon stations with GPMG are being retrofitted.
The Mastiff Protected Patrol Vehicle (PPV) is also replacing Saxon in some instances and roles; it is a variant of the US Cougar 6 x 6 "Category II" MRAP.

either way, dont the brits need a decent 6 man transport which can be driven by a non specialist kit??

Do the other factions need a 2 man armored reconnaissance vehicle with an automatic cannon and a STOVL attack aircraft?
