New common rose: "Wait me!" and "I'm waiting for orders"

Many times I wanted say "wait me" but impossible without microphone...
Because "I'm reloading" etc... are useless I think.
"I'm waiting for orders" is very important for a noob squad leader or if he hasn't goal...

I think you mean "wait for me", right?

I think there's no need to add a specific message. If you're trying to get a ride just repeat "Need pickup" for few times.

About the second: the best way is to use microphone. Just say "Commander, this is a squad x we need orders" and you should get a task soon.

Get a mic. Only a few coins and you got one (no really, a simple mic is really cheap! mine cost like 9 euros and the one before that 4 :p )

Yeah that's "Wait for me", but when you are with foot and your squad is far, it could be great.
Yes, but I don't have microphone...

If they are far away, might as well type, 'cause you're too slow to catch up anyways ;) .
And honestly, if you want to survive, get yourself a microphone. As I said, they are cheap.

Good idea.

So let's say that command exists. Would it serve a purpose? I think not, because your squad won't hear you (if you're just a grunt). Unless they make it so that you'll hear it over the radio. But even if it's over the radio, what does a single "stop" or "wait a sec" say? Sure, it may draw their attention, but VOIP or even text is more effective.

"Reloading" or "Out of ammo" is good. Several times in a firefight I hear "reload!" or something like it. I usually say "reloading" over VOIP as well, just to inform my squad. If I go as support for example and someone is shouting "reloading!", I keep firing bursts, if only to supress and give my squad/team mate some time to reload.

"Halt and Hold Position!"

I say this probably over 25 times in a single round over VOIP.

Which I always explain to me squad means immediately stop if you are in cover or gain cover or go prone and stop. Useful when you see armor moving in your direction or a spotter looking at your general area. Mainly when you are attempting to flank or advance or do anything undetected.

Though a question I've always wanted to ask is...

Why is every command yelled at the top of your lungs? Don't they believe in speaking normally?

Again a good idea. But you can already say "Infantry, get around me!".

I would like a "Where to?" and "CEASE FIRE!" available within vehicles, ESPECIALLY for choppers.

Lots of good idea I see.

Actually Heskey reminds me of this:
if there should be a command added it should be Cease fire!. So many times I've been fired upon by a friendly and could do nothing but wait hidden and hope he realizes his mistake and won't fire again...

I agree with this, just the other day we had a friendly APC firing on our position, he didn't take much notice of our text messages, as most people don't in the heat of battle, so I would have liked a command rose option that would have blared it in his ear. He didn't actually manage to hit any of us but we had to duck down pretty sharpish as HE rounds went off on the hill above us. Now he may have spotted a Enemy, I don't care, no one fires HE rounds that close to friendly infantry.

Unless you can do English, Arabian and Chinese voice-overs I'm afraid anything but Cease fire will happen.
