Ok yeah I've seen these types of suggestions come and go like crazy, all being locked, but I just got an idea from the Dutch mod, the picture of them climbing down from a hook thrown from helicopter. Would it be possible to basically have grappling ropes hidden in sides of helicopter, or bundled on floor, that when the pilot hits a button or the copilot hits, basically pushes the ropes out, and its like SF you just use E to grab it...Flawed of course, you need a good pilot to hold still I guess, but it could be a solution, basically glueing, per say, the ends of the ropes to the helicopters and having a little launcher inside the helicopter that shoots the ropes out(little power, just enough to send it on its way out door) and maybe have the players when in copter, stand up inside helicopter, but the area by door will only allow you to get on rope, not into a seat on copter.

Next time you search and find posts talking about the subject you are talking about, please read them and realise they are saying exactly the same thing.

If a grapple hook is attached to a vehicle the entire engine buggers to hell and it doesn't work, have you ever played basrah with the a10 and got a lucky hook hit? Well that's the idea.
