Does this happen with other games as well?
What is your graphic card/motherboard/CPU/RAM?
What is the temperature of your graphic card?
When does this happen?

This has never happened before and I play on games with higher requirements than Project Reality, no problems

How often do you open your case and check your graphics card fan is clean throughout? might be time to check. and oyur CPU fan, clearance over your RAM, etc.
