vehicles sliding down slopes

I was wondering if what you did for field dressing would work for vehicles, to stop them moving of their own accord - in as if a handbrake was applied.
Or would this muck up all the vehicle physics and be exploitable on previously unusable slopes?

It could be mapped to some button, but another function would have to be taken away to make room for that key mapping.

The actual handbrake has been mentioned many times. My question is whether or not the field dressing mechanism would work for vehicles.

afaik its impossible to remove it completaly , an engine problem . you can make it less notable , however.

You press handbrake and you stand still ammediatly?
The way field dressing is.
I think there's no way of making a good working handbrake in PR..'
But that's just me thinking.

I am not suggesting an actual handbrake, say press ctrl and get handbrake. I am asking if what they did to stop field dressings rolling down hills could also stop vehicles moving on slopes.
