Informants

Due to the number of times I have seen Civvilians in insurgency mode telling the brits the location of caches, I wish to propose a new idea that will alow these people who wish to play civvilans but not wreak the game mechanics.
Personaly I belive its cheating, and for me no matter what side I play I think it ruins my game. However I had an idea on a thread talking about this same problem.
Give brits a requestable "Informant" kit.
This class would be equiped just like a Civilian and look like one.
This would give the informant enough of a disguise to run around albashra or where ever safley, looking for caches, if they find one they can inform the brits and mark it on their maps.
However I belive that there should be some skill to this class aswell, as acting suspicious should allow the insurgents to arrest or execute the informant as a spy without conciquence. The brits would get the same (or greater) punishment for killing their own informant as they would for a civvie.
Perhaps the brits would only get one informant kit per game, so if they lose this valuble asset then they lose their advantage.
