How I feel jets should be balanced more

This has been discussed a lot, and I had an idea of my own for this. But before that, I'll state what I agree with that has been said in the past.
Jets should have to fly in slower and lower to rearm and jets may have to make multiple passes to rearm. I don't feel it's necessary to make them land, and taxi into a hanger. That's overkill imo and yes it may be realistic, but then tanks should require four people to play effectively, vehicles should be unreparable, and medkits shouldn't exsist. There are so things that should stay mildly unrealistic for the sake of not ruining the game(though if medkits went bye-bye I wouldn't care).
Now for my little idea, it's actually pretty simple, only air to air missles should cause an alarm in the jet. Heat seaking missles comming from the ground shouldn't set off an alarm as they use passive guidance. Maybe the pilot will get the solid warning tone at the last second before the missle hits because the jet had some kind of radar system that saw the missle coming at which point the only way to avoid would be to launch flares and pray. Air to air missles on the other hand though would be radar guided so their active guidance would give the missle away warning the pilot ahead of time. Because these missles don't rely on heat they would not loose their mark when flares are launched. I'm not sure how chopper pilots would avoid the missles though, maybe they would be able to manuever out of the missles path.
