i got the PR .75 patch a while ago but that message comes up that says you have to change it from BF2.exe to PR.exe.can someone tell me where is it and how do i find it or direct me to a thread that can help me please???

Do you start PR using the Project Reality shortcut thats most likely on your desktop?

What do the 'Path' and 'Start in' lines say in your PR shortcut's properties (Right-click on the shortcut)?

edit: oh and reply to deadfasts comment it says : "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" +modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +fullscreen 1

you should be ok then only ever use your pr short cut on desktop ,its only guys that start there game with bf2 and then in bf2 switch to pr thats were the problem is

Not really.
There seems to be a problem with EA Downloader version. For some reasons pr.exe refuses to work with it.

true but his short cut address is good to go didnt want to confuse if you can get in servers then theres no prob there is a general message in the pr main screen is that wot you mean by a message
