I am a loyal player of PR, I never post as you can see.

I think the mod needs more city maps. I love EJOD, and Sunset City. The rest of the maps are just kind of blah. I used to love Street. Not sure where that disappeared to. Just seems like when these maps are on some of the more popular servers, they are always full.

Are there any more city maps on the way?

They are coming.

PR fans are working on maps as well, but there's no guarantee of them making it into a PR release. I'm doing a rough concept from arjan. It'll take a while, but I can see it all in my head.

City maps are my fav as well. As soon as I see Kufrah, Kashan or Qinling pop up at the loading screen I start smashing the escape button. I'm an infanterist all the way, so I do not really enjoy driving for 7 minutes only to get my *** raped by an APC or a Tank.

The Project Reality Team I believe stated before that most of there upcoming maps will be a mix of rural/ urban maps. The Project Reality Team is yes looking for realism but with the world today alot of combat around the city, not just in it. In my mind thats what the Developers are looking to make.


About Street:Street was remove in 0.7 due To in my mind the spamfest. It was really in my mind vBF2 with PR stuff.

The .8 release is heavily focused on maps, in particular, city maps.

i would not say its focused on maps but on contend over gameplay changes as 0.6 - 0.75 was.
(maps, US Army, Russians and hopefully also IDF)

Cos Katarn said some maps will make v0.8, where a bunch he listed are unlikely to make .8

I just want a Militia Urban map. I think the BRDM-2 would be more useful there, and it would be a change of pace.
