Invisible bunker?

Today on Daquing I went commander for the first time besides to just build a bunker and resign. We won by 90 tickets, so overall I suppose it was a success 
Anyway, in refinery I tried to set a bunker myself for the defending squad. It made the noise like it went ok, but then the bunker failed to show up. I tried to set another one, but it said I had reached the limit on that asset.
I felt pretty dumb, especially since there were 4 guys standing around me with shovels, but I guess one of them was running around clicking and found the bunker. I couldn't see it, but I could see/hear the shoveling and the 'smoke', so I asked the squad, and they said that they couldn't see it either. Eventually it was constructed and was working and visible, only built about 7 meters from where I had tried to place it.
I donno if it's a known bug, but it was different than normal.
