VOIP DOESNT WORK

why my VOIP on he servers doesnt work ??
I use USB headset logitech
build realtek HD Audio Input
any help ..please ??

Make sure you do not have speakers and USB headphones plugged in at the same time.

I had a VOIP problem. Headset in (non USB) and speakers on. Works fine except a server crashed then VOIP wouldn't work?
