I regularly fly transport helos, Especially blackhawks.
When transporting the only way of contact between pilot and the squad inside the helo is by team say. Im sure you'll agree flying and typing don't mix. Maybe if their was a system were by the squad leader or occupants of the helo not in the same squad as the pilot could talk to the pilot. This would help alot with not only transporting but if the passengers spot an AA or tank then they can tell pilot immediately using voip instead of the helo getting shot by a tank while low flying to an LZ.

Im afraid this has already been suggested and it is also hardcoded(where the game code cant be changed, meaning this is not possible).

JUSt a rule to think about this is such a basic suggestion that it would have been thought of so use search function. For the second another rule is that everything involving VOIP is hardcoded.
