Today my agree the forum rules finaly worked so I decided to do a greeting thread first!

You can call my White or Dwarf or Dorf, whatever you prefer.
I've been playing bf2 demo for about 2 years or so as sort of escape from the other games I played, up until recently I came across this mod and saw that bf2 was offered hella cheap, so I bought it and starting playing this mod straight away. Best thing I did!
Though I must admit my attention is lost quite soon and sometimes I feel more like a target dummy on the field. But im starting to get the hang on the mechanics.

Im mostly found on TB and 10th servers. In english speaking squads.

If you fancy playing up, you can contact me on Xfire :)
Name tag is darkestelf.

Cheers!

Hello there, Dwarven Elf the Whitest? Welcome to the forums and above all, welcome to Project Reality! It's the first step to a better life :) .

Yes, you have to get used to it a bit. But keep on playing and you'll soon find things easier to deal with.

One tip, have you read the guide? If not, please do so, it helps explain a -lot- of things and hopefully will encourage you even more to go out there and play! (and pwn :p )

Good luck, son.

Salutations! Previous WarCraft player? Just guessing, I'd get that kind of name if I was a fantasy-game fan.

There are few times when you have to rush your target. You're most accurate in a stationary prone position, but just standing still will give you enough accuracy to kill. Small maps are nice to start off with, such as Ejod Desert, Bi Ming, or Assault on Mestia. Unless you really like the wide-open spaces of Kashan, Quinling and Seven Gates with plenty of assets, tanks, APCs, helicopters, jets.

Before setting off in a vehicle besides transport, I'd consider learning the basics and practicing on a local server. We can only get better through practice. :) BF2S Forums / Learn to play - how to practise on local server (Project Reality)

Enjoy your stay in one of the best BF2 mods. It's like a completely different game.

White Dwarf is the name of the Games Workshop magazine. ;)

Shows how far I am from the scene. Ironically, I went into Games Workshop before. :p

Yeah... I nicked that name from that named magazine, though I didn't pick it for a fantasy game but for a action game. Splinter Cell :)
Had a mate calling himself Bl4cK_Dw4rF. Good times.

Also, don't be shy to add me on Xfire :D
Haven't been using it for months so I could use some new people in it!
