That's a pretty good idea, I don't know if it will influence the community, but I hope this will work :D !

At the end of the day we all have to remember, this is a game. If some people don't want to play as carefully as others, that's their right. You cannot effect how other players in the game will act, and trying to force your style of play onto them is wrong. Also, you are not taking into account things like base rape and spawn camping. How can a player prevent himself from dying if someone is camped at the spawn on full auto.

my suggestion in "care more about your life" problem is:

rally point cannot be deployed if anyone in the group(sl+2) is wounded.
and this suggestion have also second positive side:
in your group,it is recommendable to have one medic,if you are wounded and you want to make rally.

Good suggestion, and very well presented.

10 minutes is a little harsh imo however.

As this has been said many times before "Players are Hardcoded" you are going to have carefree smacktards in any online gaming. I think if your suggestion was implemented, you would have more people crying and complaining about this than we do now about suppresion. Not much we can do about care-free smacktards or the idiots who plays PR like its vanilla....

When you die too soon after you respawn ( after about 10 minutes ), the next time you respawn you will have a chance of getting several combat stress reactions after either being revived or grenades hitting next to you:
If your being base raped or spawn camped, odds are you're not living 10 minutes or more. So you needlessly penalize good players and make it even harder to throw off an assault on your main. Additionaly, while all the current factors to nudge a player into a certain play style, none of them activly penalize them. The current penalty for death is one second added to your spawn time to a maximum of one minute. So, if you've been criticly wounded, you wait 90 seconds to respawn, seems like a good enough penalty as it is.

When I take fire I'm pinned for 12-15 seconds because of the suppression effect. I think this should be the case for everyone. Players on high end machines only feel the effects for 1-2 seconds.

Everyone does not have high end pcs, i also think the suppression should be timebased, not fps based.

I have all my settings on low, i get about 15-25 fps.

I also see ALOT more of the shader exploiters, i even saw a "top" (with a well known server) clan giving advice on how to do it to a guy with the numers 1993 in it...

Ontopic, i like these suggestions alot, BUT there are many downsides with it, tanks will still rape etc etc... 1 minute for them all would be great.

Thats fair for the ones that does NOT take pr as seriously as me an others.

I don't like these suggestions. If people play poorly i.e. sprint into combat, they are punished by being killed more often than people playing cautiously. Putting annoying effects (suppression!) is not going to change that or help change gameplay.

The IDEA is as one said, very well presented. But there should be a solution to lower the stress syndromes. For example a mobile field hospital asset placed by the CO.

But as the DEV stated it, players will always be hardcoded!

Yeah, if it worked like "wounds" and could be treated away that would be perfect :)

If not treated, thats your problem since youre not near any medics, this would also force every squad to have a medic in their squad!

I agree with the buffs, but your still penalizing good players who are in the wrong place at the wrong time, or base rapers who don't give you enough time alive to do anything.
