Do You believe tear gas will it ever have a future in PR, if yes, how do you think it would be used in the battlefield, so that it can look realistic. I understand tear gas is mostly used to clear out protesters, but in war soldiers are trained and showed what tear gas is by putting them in a gas chamber.

No I don't, because it's not a weapon used in conventional conflict by standard front-line troops, which is what PR represents.

it could be use againts civils !! id say that could be pretty cool , but witch kit will be the lucky one ? grenadier ? iron rifleman ?

Just think of the possibilities to exploit a tear gas launcher ...
