Hi

Again I asked this same question a long time ago and was wondering if any new player's out there are also handy caped and playing PR I just want to known if I'm the only one out there missing a arm and still playing the best mod?

Hey travis I had a guy in my squad way back in the 1st campaign of the tournament who was missing an arm, he used a prosthetic arm/mechanic grabber thing and he did prety well. I forget his name but yea he was a great guy.

Hi Travis

All I know is a friend of mine who play this game from time to time and she don't have any legs, its not a problem for her gaming but she is the only handicaped i know playing this mod.

BTW your a hero who still plays a fps with only one arm!

I'm in a wheelchair after breaking my neck in a work accident nearly ten years ago.
Due to the level of where I broke my neck, I have very little feeling in my left arm. The best way to describe it is it's like playing with a thick oven glove on my left hand.
The way I get around it is to use a logitech mx revolution mouse with uber options. It has loads of buttons and a thumb wheel which I use for straffeing left, right and backwards, with the left click for forwards, right for fire, a side button to raise sites, etc, etc.

Due to me not feeling my left arm I actually got injured playing pr. A year or so back, my right arm had been rubbing at the elbow on the corner of the desk. Because I couldn't feel it, I got a huge pressure sore which got an infection in it. My arm blew up to twice it's size, I felt really poorly for a week, and a large hole appeared in my arm which was weeping horible yellow puss. It really smelled bad, of rotten flesh. And it took three months to heal up. I ended up in hospital on an iv drip with anti biotics!
I now have a nice 50mm scar on the underside of my arm caused by pr

Has anybody else recieved a "battlefield" injury playing pr? And if so can you better mine?
I now wear a skaters elbow pad everytime I go near the computer!

Worst injury I mostly get is cramp in my lil pinky from crouching too much, or it doesnt get enough blood and falls into a coma. Reminds me, I really should treat my lil poor pinky better from now on. o.0

Yeah that or the sprit button. Sometimes after a long time playing my mouse-hand gets really cold. It´s almost scary how cold it is sometimes compared to the other one.

To travis: Much respect there. How exactly does it work for you? Do you own an über mouse as well?

You can still be a pretty good gunner in a tank/chopter/jeep

i broke my toe when going to play PR does that count? (i hit it in th desk and it broke because of the force) I also hit my hand hard into my desktop after being baseraped after i had landed my a10. Didnt really get hurt from that just a bit of redness.

well i only do so well b/c I'm one of the very few that can aim with out using iron / scopes so i ten to waste the guy that opened his iron / scope b/c the what .4 secs to open them added to your .2 lag i get a .06 sec head start at killing you (: if im ever under 20/5 its b/c someone is using that rpg in knifing range (:> which is really just poor sportsmanship if you ask me (:>

for the love of god add a arming timer for the light AT and RPG after fired and save a PR life or 6

PS RPG needs a pistol if you give it a arming timer.

Had a couple of beers in february while playing and when i went out to buy smokes i got hit by a car. but im a big guy and it was going pretty slow. dont know if that constitutes as an injury from playing PR but i really needed smokes for my match

Wow that really is a level of realism no over player has got! Did you get shot in the elbow at all in game that day?

Lexus your sig is quality btw.

I often eat whilst playing the game as I don't get as much time otherwise to play in between work and such. Going gunner in a tank is alright for that hehe, inf is hard though!

You should play with [DM]Cheomesh on TS, he's always eating something- I always threaten to record the noises he's making and make an album for him.
