Al Basrah - What affects tickets?

Okay. This may sound like a simple-minded question, but it's driving me crazy.

The past few days, I've tried to play commander on the Insurgency 24/7 server a few times. And it's gone okay, though I tend to still lose every map. In particular, one thing baffles me more than any other. I don't know what gives tickets and what taketh away.
A couple of days ago, I was in a round and we had 14 tickets left, and 1 cache. Suddenly, ten seconds later, we had 1 ticket left and we lost the round before I could do anything. Someone told me later that it was because an APC was blown to smithereens and they cost 10 tickets, as do all the big assets. I had no idea that was true, I couldn't find any reference to it in the wiki. I had to search a fair bit in the manual to find reference to it.
And then tonight, I was playing again, and the Brits managed to rack up 388 tickets, 88 more than they started with, despite having taken heavy losses.
So my question is this:

Definitively, what increases or decreases the number of tickets available to the allied forces on an Insurgency map, in particular, Al Basrah?

Its true, losing APC's Tanks and Helo's will cost you a lot of tickets, building firebases will generate tickets.

Game Modes - Project Reality Wiki - the guide section for insurgency.

Also arresting a civi gets you 10 more tickets

British lose 10 tickets for every armored vehicle that gets destroyed and the Merlin.
They gain 10 for every cache destroyed, also 10 for arresting civies.
If a civilian suicides, GB gets 5 tickets for that.

The Wiki doesn't mention the ticket loss from armored vehicles or helicopters, so I don't trust it anymore.

Wow, that's totally a new one, I had no idea about that one. Maybe that's how they ended up with so many tickets last night; they hadn't hit enough caches to give themselves that many tickets.

For the british/us:

+10 tickets for destroying caches
+5 tickets for civilian suicide (tactic used by civilians to avoid capture in the past)
+10 tickets for civilian arrest
-10 tickets for destroyed armored vehicles and helicopters

Unfortunately the wiki is a little outdated since we are updating it to a new system.

Do not forget also that if you kill civilian shot in the English lose (-) 7 tickets beyond that when you're dead will take at least 1 minute to return to the game can reach up to 4 minutes out of the game ..
