Hey, me again, and the Shirts again.
I just wanted to ask again if it was okay for me to make a Project Reality Shirt.
Last time I asked, I got a "make it and post it" a yes(from one team member) and a "its copywrited"(from one team member and everybody else) But I never got a full yes or no, the thread just slowly stopped being viewed and then drifted off into the archives.

But now I would like to ask the team to get together(or just Rhino) to answer this question: Can I make a Project Reality T-Shirt of one of my favorite aircraft comming out soon(the Gr.9 Harrier)?
Or of the British Armed Forces(with the Apache and such)?

Can I make Project Reality T-Shirts to make and sell to Project Reality fans and members?

The shirts would have almost any picture that the customer wants on them, the Shirts would be either Black, Gray, or any other dark shirt colors that they want(looks better on dark but if you want a light color thats fine).

*I would have no rights to use the Project Reality name for profit in any way shape or form, The total price of the shirts would be rather low around $25-$30 and after the money from my part(buying shirts and picture placement) then the rest of any profits would go to the Project Reality Team(i.e. Rhino or financial member of the PR staff) so that the money can be equally distrubited to upkeep of the site, perhaps a little rent money for the staff and or owners of the Project Reality name.*

So I would make no money, I would only be doing this besause I love PR and I would like to proudly say that "I make Project Reality Shirts".
My only Request if you decide to allow me to do this is to have a "Supporting Member" bar under my name since I would be bringing money to the team.

I know that, I just need an answer from the team, and maybe some suggestions from the forum community.

*Please give me two different answers for the shirts, for Making myself one shirt, and for making shirts for the Project Reality community.

O they would be "cool" of you like any picture that you want with the PR dogtags on the front.

Again, the PR dogtags and the name "Project Reality" are protected.

[=TC=]nuetron thats a 100% no you cant not use any PR images to make shirts, mugs, ballcaps, thongs. You cannot reproduce copy-write images or logos.

Instead of posting the question on the forum, PM one of PR's Public Relations Team. This would be the proper way to be granted permission to use the images. Hope that helps

if you make diffrent styles of said T-Shirts.....and included a skull or 2 in some way (I have a fetish lol) Id definatly get 1 or 2...

No i dont trust you, Project Reality is the property of the Dev team/mod founder, so infact, he can authorise him to make P.R.Shirt As long he pay the right to use the name...

So if I get the permission(some of you still think I am just going to do this, I want/need permission) then I will begin with my shirt...then(totally differnt question) If I can make YOUR shirts, then I will begin.

*Once again, thats why I said that I would like permission, I would like to have some respect from the team/community for asking permission to do so, rather than just doing it......plus the whole "copy infringement" and "jail" thing...you know. *
I have not made a shirt yet, I am still waiting for permission, but if I get it look on Ebay(I would post a site) and preorder yours!

I would have several different styles, then If you would want a personalized one, you would have to PM me....Also not much I can do about the whole "looking like a computer gamey thingy" thing...unless you would send me a really good picture that doesnt look much like a pixely vanillay lamey shirty thingy.
