"Russian Knights" texture for Su30



Despite the fact that the aircraft of Russian Knights is not Su-30, and they dont go to war, I make this taxture for thosewho air show fans.

I use the NO.25 craft of Russian Knights as my example. Try my best to keep the details. It is a pity that 2 vertical stabilizers of aircraft model use a single texture UV in BF2. So, there is a small wrong that the number on out side of right vertical stabilizer is reverse.

Although I can change the number to "00" or "11" to avoid the reverse. But the problem is I dont know is there No.00 or No.11 in the Russian Knights squad. So, leave it.

This is only .dds file, you can fight in netbattle after use. Replace the file in X:\BF2\mods\bf2\Objects_client.zip\Vehicles\Air\air_su30mkk by "air_su30mkk_c.dds".

Everything is fine but the flare. Flare dropped by aircraft in BF2 is so bad look. Maybe who can make a nice flare and tell me how to do.

i try best to spot it, and keep what it look like in real world. but, image not very sharp, i modify it on original DDS file

in my first version the colour seens more saturation, but i thought make it dull maybe better fit for the entironment.

BF2 flares suck...D:
