[Help] Problems lightmaping in Max

Hey I was just running a lightmapping test In 3Dsmax and all the destroyable
afghan statics don't seem to import to Max... So I don't see how to lightmap them. all the non destroyable Pr stuff seems ok.
So there must be something I'm missing because the same statics are clearly lightmaped in Al Basrah.
I have the bf2 and pr objects_client.zip and objects_server.zip extracted in the pr objects folder.
Also is there a limit on how much destroyable stuff you can have in one map?
For example would it be ok to have 200 afghan destroyable houses or more in one map?
