Bad combination. It seems that when you place an ammo bag on a destructible object (i.e. runways, or the beds inside destructible houses) once the ammo bag time runs out, and disappears, it takes the object with it. It essentially vaporizes things, simply leaving a large black shadow blob where it used to be.
