I want to bring up the ''Air maneuvarable Commander squad''
they are flexible, quiker than transport trucks and can transport a second squad to provide security or being the assault force.


I made this idea after playing kashan desert with my squad that was building up FOB's all over the map and another squad was giving us security, we had mi28 choppers that gave us our supplie crates to build a FOB.

Squad loadout:
- Officer
- Pilot
- Pilot
- engineer
- engineer
- depends on situation.

Duty:
- Officer: coordinating with commander, and setting up FOB's.
- pilots: keeping up the choppers and providing ammo crates.
- engineers: building up the FOB's
- depends on situation

The ''Air maneuvarable engineer squad'' can only be used behind friendlie zones, and should fly at low altitude all times.

Example:



At the time everyone is out of the chopper, the choppers moves back to base to get new supplies.
and the team is allready requesting build orders and building up a FOB. FOB ready? choppers picks the squad up and goes to the next Construction area. and this you do over and over again.

This hardly needs to take the Choppers in the squad -- They can be replaced by engineers.

In games I played the commander usually could micromanage the choppers enough (Tch, not like they get used that much for transporting on Kashran...) to send for crate orders. And pick ups and such.

SL-COMMDR-PILOTS-CMMDR-SL. = slow
SL-CMDR = fast!

youre the squad thats like the transport squad and logistics squad at the same time.
and since youre in the same squad you can do everything much more organized and such.

Great idea. Also you could give repairs to friendly vehicles in the clear zone.
The tank that has a broken track radios for repairs and a few minutes later a chopper appears full of engineers that start repairing the tank.

Yup.
would be epic!
