I've made a couple of maps, but I made one that was supposed to be based in the Rocky Mountains in America, but it's not too specific so it can be tweaked to be practically any wooded and mountainous area. Just send me a PM if you want to look at it. Mod it all you please to have it fit your mod or PR in general. If you do use if I'm going to request it before you put it out there to make sure I approve (I'm not picky, just if you did something crazy, I don't know).

Most of the area is grassy with pine trees, and I've removed trees from 99% of the areas that have a rocky (ie. strong incline) texture.

Don't mind the whole SWAT Officer thing. I do a little mod work on the side and I put custom kits, ATVs and BMPs on the map, but obviously they won't be included if the map's for PR.

Here is a "Park Ranger Station," obviously make it whatever, for these purposes it's a flat area with some buildings.

Here's the Chinese staging area. I'm pretty sure it comes with a Chinese paratrooper spawn as 1/2 of the spawns so that will need to be destroyed.

Here's just south of the Chinese staging area where the commander assets are, obviously in PR it can be demolished or used for something else.

According to my one beta tester, you can't play the map's in a server with other people, but you can play it alone (but not SP), so he could have just messed up.

I do like the idea, but for me atm it looks a bit plain. I like it, but for me its not quite finished... i dunno whats missing though...

But nice map so far though!

That's the idea though, someone who wants it can finish it because have the same feeling that it's a tiny bit lacking, but I don't know what.

aah i see, i thought you mean it was finished... hmm well the only thing i could suggest is make more relief in the landscape, so its not completely flat-ish except for those 2 hills and maybe make some little villages dotted around the place...

what i think it needs is lots of logging stations etc (the water slide thing in fools road and the logging station there)and it needs bigger areas without trees (logging areas) and then a closer tree cover across the area. it's a logging area and it would be much closer in real life. it's going to take some power to run it but hopefully it should be like fools road and it could be awesome if made as a proper logging area. maybe even include some kind of coal area or something similar to simulate the objective or a research station (use compounds and bunkers from kashan, remember housing facilities for the scientist etc.) or it could be a strategic nuclear missile site. just ideas for whoever takes the map. and i hope it helps

I tried making one of those logging camps when I mapped for CSS, but there's no way I'd be able to make one in BF because I can't make models. And actually, it was originally supposed to be the Rocky Mountains, which is a national park, not a logging area.

yeah but you already got statics for logging in PR. and i do realise that it's the rocky mountains but it would just add depth to the map. just throwing ideas out there
