What Zoom levels are the Binocs and Soflam?

I think the binocs is somewhere 6x and 8x, And the soflam is 3x and 9x. Am I correct?
I'm sorry for asking but i have'nt played PR in a while and it all seems so fuzzy to me.
P.S. I'm at work kicking *** on Kashan with my M4, While the Engy repairs my Apc, And my gunner watches our asses!

Yea spec ops is one of the few kits that can match the sniper scope so I presume thats a similar level.
Could you state the zoom for all the scopes, like hows the apc driver vs gunner, etc
