Yes, they should.

2. Friendly rallypoints should not be able to be destroyed by friendlies.
The "shot as traidor" idea isnt even that bad. Though i wouldnt want them being undestroyable by friendly knifes, if you ever have a reason to destroy them, it should be possible. (SL is down, so no new one can be placed. Enemy is coming and will discover the rest of the squad when they see the rally. Since shots are to loud rally has to be knifed... or... so... its 3:30 in the night, dont expect a good example here :P - just noticed that they would see the body of the "traidor". Maybe traidors should only be killed after two destroyed rallys in say 10 minutes)

3. Tanks and APC's should NOT be able to be single-manned. AT ALL!
Disagree. They should not be able to FIRE when not manned, but one crewman should be able to move the tank out of a hot zone when the gunner disconnected or so.

4. Show the amount of assets destroyed and teamkills
Maybe

6. Give the ability to show all the IP's of all the players through a console command.
I've never been BF2 server admin, but i used to have such a command in other games. Dunno if its possible or needed.

4. Yes. Win forever. "Kick smacktard 1 (4 TKs, 10 Destroyed Assets) Page up spam. But TBH, on good servers, we have admins for that.


5. Works out in real life-morality bonuses.

6. Invasion of privacy. Wont happen =/

5. Loving it, but any bonuses should be very small. People could also be a lil less affected by supressive fire. And it does simulate the moral bonus.

6. No way, security reason.

No, they don't stick 1 m next to their SL like sheep and get taken out by a grenade altogether.

Also, how are jets an exception? Should people be allowed to constantly teamkill the A10s and MiGs and Eurofighters or something?

Anything with this 20 min respwn should have a respawn time of less than 5 mins if it gets teamkilled after spawn etc...

It isn“t really fair that a team is so hampered by one guy who takes away a 20 min asset. Agree toitally on the rally, should not be knifable by friendlies at all.
-Some sort of negative score system?,And Admins with BF2CC can see the teamkills and T/K punishes,we have our autokick set on 3 punished T/K's.
This should be obbligatory, all servers should run a TK kick script in my opinion.

Yeah, i've started seen team of smacktards made ad-hoc, only to destroy the gameplay to serious players...

1. Mmmm, it makes me remind a thing: when i get killed in my own vehicle (not suicide), i take minus points (and that's stupid). Now you need to fix this problem first, and then maybe add that kick-counter.

3. And here comes the classic answer: what if your gunner/driver is killed? You stay right middle in the battlefield, with flying bullets above your head, and you can't even move nor return fire?

well, usually when a leader is near soldiers, they get a boost of courage or something if you know what i mean.

what is the point of showing your ip address on in game servers... like many people have said, it's an invasion of privacy.

If a rallypoint are hes been takin out by a friendly then he should get kicked instantly. There is no reason not to, as you can clearly see if its a friendly or a enemy rallypoint.

Agreed with alex6714

Spawntimes should be reduced anyway. Not only when it gets TKed.

Let them one-man their tanks. The destruction of the vehicle is penalty enough.

3. Here I partly agree. Sometimes you need to solo. Like in the driver seat to get to your squad so someone can turrent it. But all around "acting-like-your-in-BF2 Vanilla" agreed.

5. Running faster agreed. Reloading faster possible. But the soldier himself in RL has complete control over his accuracy and rate of fire. Not his CO.

I see a problem for this. When also you get a 'team vehicle damage' for shooting at friendly wreckages. I was in a round where a dead apc was blocking the entrance gate, i shot at it, blows it up but somehow lost points by doing that.

3. what happens if your gunner/driver leaves squad?

5. Squadleader-bonuses NO WAY - this is horribly arcady, and reminds me of BF2142 and COD4, nasty unlocks and basically hacks.

6. show IP's - no way, this is horribly unsecure.
