awesome huh? :mrgreen:
The only one of 2 other BF2 mods I play other than PR.
The guy made the weapons so that instead of just you see the rifle, then hear the character grab another mag and see some of the operation, you hear and see the character reach down grab another mag. then pop it in and reach over the rifle to pull on the action!

propject Reality needs this! :grin:

I especially liked how he pressed buttons on the explosive charge before setting it. Impressive.

(Slightly ot: Does that BF2 race car thing actually exist in reality?)

I like exclamation points...

WRT the vid, I lol'd when the guy tossed the mag. Overall some very cool stuff. Animators are in very short supply amongst the BF2 Mod Community.

IMO they'er not as slow as they should be, unless all the BF2 people leave their mag pouches right open. and don't bother to check them to see if there's dirt in them etc.

THe Glock animation was not impressive..
At least he had his finger off the trigger for a second there iirc

The animations are very good, though i'd prefer slower, more realistic ones.

Reloads really depend on the scenario. In the middle of battle and say behind the front lines engaging an enemy would reload much faster than a reload after a firefight is over. It all depends on situation but i dont think we can change the reloads time based on that. A quick reload would be just of pressing mag release, while getting a fresh mag from pouch...with the use of a Magpul or mag pulley would decrease reloading time, but i forgot who uses magpuls, i think its SF.

Aren't ya glad I saw this n said, hey, PR needsthis! PR needs this weapons animator! it looks WAY more realistic.

as for the speed, it seems fine to me, just as fast as reality. PR wepons are great, but if they worked like these Allied Intent Xtended weapons....

this mod who truley be a whole new game............(awesome:mrgreen :)

ok there man!

Anyway those are nice, animators are hard to come by, but I think we have a new R-dev that is an animator (cp2000?) that is doing some real cool stuff with the animations like the head actually moving, etc.

Anyway, we do have some talent coming aboard in the animation department, I myself am learning to animate (its not as hard as originally made out to be..), you just need the right information and habits.
