I was just wondering if the following could be done to the AH-1Z Super Cobra in game currently...It's a quite small request...This is pretty much how it'd be IRL.

-Add "MARINES" text on the Tail
-Make the grey color it currently has a tad bit darker...Like the BHawks in game...Or maybe even a tad darker...

I really love this chopper,though I barely get to use it in PR it seems...So just wondering on the above...

I remember that back in the times Maestro had done a reskin of it and made it a lot more good looking. What happened to that skin ?

The Apache needs a skin with more dust on it for the desert maps. As the Apache will be on Kashan again, and now that kashan is abit of a dusty map it might be realistic...

Can we keep this about the Cobra,and not Apache...LOL...But yea I guess it could use some dust on it,but..eh...

what is with the little roundal on the cobra? it looks like an RAF one which makes me think wtf?

Who knows why that roundel is on it,lol...Needs skin fix,is all I do know,lol.

Dust + High speed rotors creating heavy downdraft = no dust.

Surely any dust sat on the chopper (which would likely be removed by decent maintanence anyway) would get blown off instantly?

Also then, the cobra needs only 14 hydras as it is carrying two 7 capacity hydra pods. I guess this is not meant to be in PR and the model can´t be changed, but a small detail.

As for kashan, I am sure what will be kept is what is most realistic.

3rd link is the AH-1J judging from its name but its pretty much the same thing, no?? Also first link is AH-1A but im guessing they all have same camo stuff?

Edit: hold on it would appear that im wrong about the vBF2 model but the real zulu cobra does have 4 rotors so still, none of those pics are zulu cobras.

But i do agree with your suggestion.

I think he's getting more at the Camo, rather than the type.

Yeah i know but someone was pointing out the fact that some of the pics are titled AH1J/A so i thought i would straighten that out for the sake of spreading knowledge.

Aha i see. But lets all agree that the vBF2 choppers all need a reskin e.g BHand Cobra...

The conclusion: Someone needs to remodel the AH-1Z as seen in PR to achieve two things:

1) Actually be an AH-1Z, rather than the bastardized hybrid we see today.
2) Reflect the camo/paint/decals used by the Marine Corps in the Middle East.

Yea,but at least re-skin the current cobra,before making a new better one..lol.I just want a good looking one to play with until then,lol.

No they are not. AH1Zs have four rotors, period. Therefor two rotors = not AH1Z, period.
