Training Required before you use the Kit!

The best way to know what something is about is the subject, so there you go:
Training Required before you use the Kit!
So we have tons of kits, from sniper, Heavy AT, Light AT, Crewman, Pilot, etc.
We also have the normal ones like the corpsman and the combat engineer.
And we have the special Officer
(but I'll save that suggestion for another day)
Have you ever noticed people start a helicopter and crash in 10 seconds? Or solo in a tank? Or maybe run out of runway? Sure, this idea won't stop it, but it will help newbies learn how to use the stuff before they do.
Have you ever played America's Army? If so, GREAT! You saved me tons of time. But for those who haven't:
There is something called "Training". You begin with Basic Training, and you can then work your way up to more advanced training, like Airborne and Special Forces, and Medic. You could sort of call it a turtorial. Now, in some cases, espiecally the medic one, the training is beyond boring. Let's avoid sitting in a classroom!
So...
I was hoping that it would be possible to impliment a training program into Project Reality.
For every kit except the normal soldiers (the 2nd and 3rd spawn kit), you will need advanced training. This wouldn't be too hard. For example:
You want to get a crewman kit. So you do the training mission. At first it tells you what you need it for and all that, and you finish, you will open up more training missions that are about tank driving or gunnning, or apc's, for example. As you finish each one, you can then use that vehicle slot.
To stop experienced players from having to go back and learn about well-known facts (for them), people of a certain rank should not have to do training. However, if there is a way so it is a certain score from the vehicle/kit, that would be better
SO what is the purpose? To simply stop newbies from destroying that A-10 on take off.....or to even know that attacking north village when you need to get the bunkers won't help :/
