what do i need to have/pay and do to set one dedicated up

we in bim have a pretty nice server rack standing in norway on a good pipe
have seen my clan leader asking what it takes to set one up.

vanilla bf2 servers cost **** loads of cash to setup hope prmm is free as it aint ranked..

bf2 unranked are free to setup, just like PRMM is.
