Loving the new model of the Blackhawk, however I just wanted to ask, what's with the minigun? (I forget what it's called) I was under the impression that it was gonna be fitted with 240s?
Is it due to it being from a different mod, and the team don't wanna spend time altering it cos they have more important things to do. Or is it realism related? Was a little disapointed cos I thought the lack of minigun might deter the eejits from firing all the time.

We don't have a modeled M240 right now. Tough to attach a gun onto a vehicle when we don't have the gun.

Ah fair enough.
Sorry if it came off like one of those impatient "give me X gun in game now" kinda comments, was just curious if the minigun was intentional.

Before someone jumps in and says "just use USI's M240". We can't, part of it is attached to their M1A1 model. We do plan on making our own 240 in the future but just not for 0.8.

I'd VERY much like to see a DMG boost of miniguns vs unarmour vehicles.
...Actually, same for the 50cals!
...mongol...

Tonnie15 has modelled a FN MAG-58 for the Bushmaster IMV. Perhaps that can be converted to a M240...

Mm, off topic, but I also get this, I think it is the way they are embedded.
On topic.. The only thing about the guns is I find they are only somewhat useful on infantry only maps like kashan, otherwise I prefer no guns.

How about for diversities sake we have a few unarmed black hawks or use the above guys model on both huey and black hawk and also use his C6 for Canadians and for the brits, the current GPMG has no iron sites and looks a bit boxey, both guns are the FN MAG I think so it would fit.
y an M240 the minigun has a faster rate of fire any way y not make a new kit like a heavy machine gun kit for the US army or USMC the M240 is use on the ground to u know

This - all of this - has been suggested before, several times. Locking.
