killing an enemy = a TK?

I'm not sure if this is considered a bug, but today on fool's road my squad gunned down a player in militia skin but it registered as a TK.

It happens sometimes when a player is team-switched without being killed. Annoying, and not much anyone can do about it.

It can also be a hacker that is team switched without getting killed.
