I play coop on LAN with my friends thanks to the pr_sp but they're noobies and they asked me to remove the pressure effect that occurs when someone shoots near you. (The screen coming blacker)

Since I only play coop, is there a way to remove that effect or is it embedded somewhere in the core of the program?
