Couple new maps, new DMR rifle for MEC and USMC, some tweaks on assets, stuff like that.

3 times this week i've been playing teacher in the basics.
Newbies don't bother me (tho it'd be nice if they read the manual), but n00bs who think cos they are 1337 at vanilla they're 1337 at PR and therefore deserve the heli/jet/sniper kit (once they figure how to use it) do.
