i just had a few questions about under barrel grenade launchers for .8

1. will the usmc get a scoped m16a4 with gl?

2. will the US army get a m4 with gl?

3. will the MEC get a g3 with gl?

i think you see where im going with this. any insight would be greatly appreciated.

why should they, the chinese already got a scoped gl rifle, the UK will get it anyway, and i had been known in the forums for some time, that some point all factions will gain scopes for the grenadier.
So its great to hear that we will get them, the only question is:
Is the L85A2 GL SUSAT also in 0.8? - nevermind if not, as long as we get the other new rifles

Good news, although I've got a soft spot for the current MEC GL (AK101?), fills the CQB gap, and has the GL for ranged combat.

Yea, the 101 kicks ***. Less recoil, good accuracy, bigger mag, UGL and more ammo.

That depends on the situation. In PR assault rifles with grenade launchers for conventional armies are getting scopes. Not sure about milita or insurgents, but I doubt it.

what kinda situations?

I'd think the aimpont would be for CQC oriented loadouts, and the ACOG the generic one.

just a question if the M16a4 gets a heatshield like m16a2 for the m203 IRL?

It does not, as aforementioned in the dev journal thread.

All the questions have been answered: yes, yes and yes. It is also evident from the video posted in the DEV journal. Therefore, this gets the lock.
