Scope up that medic and could

the kits who have the standard issue rifle offer the choice between an scoped and unscoped rifle ? I assume the reason the medic is unscoped is to prevent a squad from going into battle with like 5 medics, however the squads load out on all sorts of kits anyway and in squads with a lot of close quarter (like bi ming) where you dont really need a scope I seldome see squads with more than one medic as well.
Also there are at least 2 desert maps where you well ruin your eyes trying to engage pixels on long range. Why do you want to blind medics and engineers :(

So what does everyone think of allowing a toggle on the spawn kits and adding for each issue kit with the standard issue rifle an scoped/unscoped version ? Could the game be tweaked the way that if somone has the light at unscoped a teammember still cant pick up the scoped light at ?

Locking for re-suggestion. Giving medics and engineers scopes has been suggested multiple times, and is not going to happen. When you're a medic, you are not supposed to be engaging the enemy unless absolutely necessary, let the riflemen handle them.
